| Description : The cooperative cellar has been starting operating in 1959, in the region of « les pierres dorées » (The golden stones). 280 vinegrowers are running their vineyards-todat covering 840 hectares, with a passion that generates exceptionnal quality grapes, thus exceptionnal wines too. The « vignerons de Bully » make and age their wines in the purest tradition of the beaujolais combining up-to-date equipment with the respect for the « Terroirs ». Annual production : 44 000 Hectolitres of AOC Beaujolais, of wich 1400 hectolitres are white made from the chardonnay variety and 41 000 hectolitres of red and rosé Beaujolais, made from the gamay (Black variety with coulour juice). Very concerned about a top quality production and the respect of environment, the efforts of vignerons de Bully are regulary rewarded with many national and international medals and awards. | Description : Domaine de Cristia is a family Estate. The vineyards consist of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Côtes-du-Rhône Villages, Côtes-du-Rhône red and Vin de Pays. The vines are 50 years old on average with some parcels of Grenache which are more than 100 years old. Soils are very diverse with pebbles, clay or sand and are located on the east side of the appellation. Grenache is the main grape variety, complemented by Syrah and Mourvèdre. The Viticulture is organic and the vinification is classical. We aim to produce very aromatic and fine wines, and insist on fat and substance to produce wines which may be cellared. To satisfy demand, Domaine de Cristia has recently widened their range of wines and created “Cristia Collection”. These partners have the same philosophy as Cristia. We are distributed in all Europe and America. We are now looking for distribution in Asia.

| Description : Our proudly independent family estate, created in the Fifties and close to 75 acres now, is located in the Minervois, in renowned Cru La Livinière area, between Carcassonne and Narbonne, at the heart of Languedoc and “Sud de France”. On hillside and a clayey and chalky soil, with more than 300 days of sunshine per year, flourish grape varieties that are typical of great Languedoc wines : Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault. | Description : Domaine Sella Nova is a NEW FAMILY ESTATE in Caux, near Pézenas (AOC Coteaux du Languedoc – SOUTH OF FRANCE). The owners have come with MODERN IDEAS and very high standards and applied them to their superior terroir. The estate is small and the yields are really low. The soil is varied throughout the vineyard – stony, with some clay. The manageable size of the vineyard permits the owner, Philippe Richy, to be totally involved in every aspect of his vineyard and winemaking. Consequently, he decided to raise his organic grapes, by following the Biodynamic principles – no herbicide or chemical treatments. In order to carefully scrutinized and eliminate the inferior ones, the harvest is by hand which highly protects grappes. This is the absolute key to great winemaking – low yields for concentrated fruit and high selection so only the best grappes go into final blend. All of these steps take time and are expensive but are the keys to making great wine.

| Description : Our family vineyard dates back to 1691. Today 3 generations of the Zusslin Family perpetuate the ancestral traditions on 13 hectares near Colmar, East Part of France. Our estate owns vines in the finest site, a Grand Cru called "Pfingstberg”. The name Pfingstberg can be traced right back to 1299. Our other Terroirs are : Lieu dit : Bollenberg and our Monopole : Clos Liebenberg. The highest parts of Pfingstberg comprise chalky sandstone soils overlaying mica sandstone. The character of our wines, strongly reflects our “Terroirs”, having very floral aromas and mineral flavours. The Biodynamic agriculture was chosen 13 years ago in order to respect the environment, the Alsatian Terroirs and the human beings. | Description : The Chemins de Bassac is a family domain of 15 ha which produces wines of Côtes de Thongue (Languedoc-South of France) of beautiful expression on a calk and limestone soil. The production (100 000 bottles a year) is sold to the export (60 %) and in France (40 %).
