From an early age, Catherine BERGIRON has painted and drawned. Now an interior architect graduate from Grenoble, she is continuing her artistic endeavors with decorative painting on all materials. Her main goal is to harmonize, in accordance with the central piece, the harmony of forms, of colors, of volumes and materials in order to create an optimal well-being in the habitat that she structures and decorates. Thanks to creativity of her painting, she brings the final touches to personalize interior decoration and bring out the spirit of the site. Based in the mountains, in the heart of the Alpes, she draws her inspiration from nature, which allows her to satisfy individual demands, hotels, local professionals … Technical aspects for interiors or exteriors: - the choice of colors, of styles and painted surfaces helps to harmonize the site - bases : furniture, walls, ceilings, everyday and decorative objects - Materials: wood, metal, porcelain, terra cotta, concrete, material, paper… To bring an atmosphere to the stand, large suspended canvases will be presented with varied patterns and styles, emphasizing Jean-Pierre NOISILLIER’s photos and Nicole MAJOUX’s light creations. Acrylic has been chosen as the painting technique for this exhibition

Nicole MAJOUX, as an artist, creates luminous structures and entirely hand-made lampshades. Her pieces are unique works of art created either for their pure artistic aspect, or to be harmoniously integrated into an already existent decor, therefore personalizing any demands. Her creations combine rigor and mathematical precision due to her scientific university career in Grenoble as well as softness and harmony thanks to the diversity of noble materials used and the subtle richness of the colors. Technical aspects: - The forms used can just as easily be symmetrical as asymmetrical. - The dimensions range from a little light fitting or lamp to a standing floor lamp. -The raw materials used for the lamp shades are of noble quality: linen, silk, alcantara, crepe, hand-made lace. - The electrical fittings are either Chinese-norm incandescent lighting or LEDs. Nicole Majoux will exhibit in the IHDD show in Shanghai: luminous structures, 2 wall light fittings, 1 ceiling light, 1 ground structure, the set is harmonious in theme and in color with stylized digital photos by Jean-Pierre NOISILLIER and the surrounding decorations by Catherine BERGIRON. A few works derived from varied inspirations independent from the previously mentioned objects.

The gold leaf workshop « IL DITO MAGICO » was born from the will of Bénédicte STREIT and the heritage which she received from her Italian masters. Based in Marseille, culturally cosmopolitan city since centuries, the workshop’s aim is to progress and affirm its technique as much as exerting its talent, either for the historical buildings or for private customers from various backgrounds. Combining the oldest gold leaf techniques to most modern ones, the workshop and its soul, Bénédicte STREIT, knew how to marry the secular tradition to the techniques and most contemporary decoration trends. Internationally recognized, the French artist Jean-Pierre NOISILLIER is known for his contribution in publicity, press and communication materials. In 2006 he won the price for the “best photography” at the International Photography Festival. For 15 years, Jean-Pierre’s camera has shot the planet to freeze the spectacular. His passion for photography comes to an art when he creates a brand new image concept - the “Digital Graphic Art”. From an exceptional material, this new concept uses the last computer technologies and a brand new printing technique to give birth to an outstanding festival of colors and lights. It is called the “Giclée sur toile”, a unique way to spread and cast the life over the canvas. My glass recipients are made for serving caviar. Caviar isn’t a common delicacy; it can be considered a symbolic dish served on days of high significance, like New Year’s when one expresses wishes and hopes. People will be able to present caviar in my winged glass recipients; they could create memories and send wishes to the sky. Outside of these special occasions, my recipients will resume their natural appearance as work of art and, with other works of art, become decorative objects. I wish that my glass recipients find their place in the everyday life of people who will use them, and that they carry to the sky the stories and legends which these people hold within them. My work seeks to create mutual exchange. As we, part of nature, are destined to return to its realm, all objects are similarly destined to fall into oblivion and disappear in turn into the backstage of history. Thanks to my encounter with forgotten objects, the culture of which is foreign to me, I seek to give them a new life all the while trying to understand the meaning of life. Through this meditative process, through my artistic journey, I seek to provoke the questioning of the morals and aesthetics involved in contemporary consumption societies.

The ROZE family weaves silk in the French city of Tours since the 17th century. This long life gives the firm a heritage rich in traditions and typically French know-how. It has its own dyeing workshop since 2000. Nowadays, the firm is managed by Antoinette ROZE, who continues to work with the same aim of quality and exclusivity for French and international, classical ot contemporary customers: decorators, designers, historical monuments and other professionals. The firm mainly works with silk and natural material such as cotton, linen and wool. Customized colors, designs and materials can be produced for customers. Antoinette ROZE manages herself her dyeing workshop. She can adapt herself to the specific wishes in order to give a personal touch to each decor. The Art Trellis work : The Wood “Haute Couture”. Trellis are formed by assembling wood lattice into many shapes, sizes and different configurations inspired by Greco-Roman architecture (columns, arbors, pergolas and arches,...). They enhance any outdoor space providing screening, privacy, partitioning into rooms and adding a new dimension to garden spaces. Made out the best timbers, our trellis creations actually become landscape architectural elements. Our approach is very similar to “Haute Couture” even if we prefer to present it as the joinery of outstanding gardens... Striving to perpetuate disappearing techniques, our team of craftsmen proposes a range of original creations, inspired by antique models created by those who made the French style gardens a synonym of beauty and sophistication. Wooden trellis works can also enhance modern buildings and indoor spaces (lobbies, pools,...). Our skilled team is able to create high quality bespoke structures for a perfect integration in landscaping or interior design projects. We also craft unique trellis vases, lustres, and other decoration elements.
