Clean Cells is a Contract Service Organisation providing biosafety testing, development and manufacturing services for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies world-wide. Our GLP in vitro / in vivo assays support the development of healthcare products from R&D stage trough to clinical trials and licensed products (recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, cell and gene therapy products) in compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EP., ICH,..).
1. Clean Cells has steadily expanded the range of services since it’s founding in 2000, which can be subdivided in : Biosafety testing (raw material testing, characterisation of Master and Working Cell Banks, intermediate and final product testing) – This involve assays such as mycoplasma, sterility, virus detection, genetic stability, kariology, isoenzymes, DNA fingerprinting, residual DNA and HCP, endotoxin, general safety…
2. Production and Cell storage (cell and virus banking, manufacturing process development) at a research grade and GMP standard at the end of 2009;
3. Process validation : Viral and mycoplasma clearance, media fertility testing;
4. Customized cell based assays for R&D and lot release purpose (biopotency assay, cytotoxicity assay (ADCC), clone selection, primary cells immortalization, viral vector productions...).
